What it does
Produces genuine Word tracked changes. Not colored text pretending to be a redline. Real Word revisions you accept or reject one at a time, each with a margin comment citing the playbook rule that drove it.
Works with the AI you already have. No code execution required. If your assistant can read a PDF and write text, it can run Lite.
Marks up the way a lawyer does. It amends the section that already covers a topic instead of bolting a contradictory clause onto the end — a liability cap lands inside your liability section as a proviso. It strikes the fewest words necessary rather than gutting whole paragraphs.
Shows you the whole contract, not a fragment. Every section heading is reproduced in order, so you get a navigable document that mirrors the original. Only the body text of fully compliant sections is collapsed to a placeholder, which is also why Lite is dramatically lighter on tokens (and on energy) than tools that regenerate the entire contract.
