Hello, Matt Smith here. My work and focus sit at the intersection of law, AI, and research enterprise. As a business and contracts attorney, I’ve spent 17 years in commercial contracting, legal industry, and executive operations. I enjoy solving problems for organizations where contracting complexity is the cost of doing great work. I joined the AI innovation space as an early adopter and most recently developed a GenAI suite, adopted by institutions nationally, that automates contract redlining, risk detection, and administrator workflows. (It’s called BRAINS: Bolstering Research Administration with Intelligent Systems.) I believe intelligence augmentation is a competitive advantage that should be accessible to every organization willing to build for it. And for those willing, I’m ready to build the solutions you’re looking for.
Hi there. I’m Gigi Smith, education loyalist and systems thinker. In my 10 years of operational design work and leading institution-wide learning services, I help organizations navigate the human complexities of AI adoption. My specialty includes change management, mapping the spaces where humans and AI technology meet to design the vital systems that merge the two. This calls for strategic implementation plans that engage rhetoric, emotional intelligence, metacognition, and other fields of which I’m versed as a researcher and educator for. As a director and advisor on AI integrations, I lead AI literacy movements on statewide and national platforms. I’m also an ardent believer in equitable access–I like finding opportunities to bulldoze barriers to quality education, literacy, and AI tools because every organization has the right to AI intellect and the success that comes with it.
